When we have something on the home done, it is usually repair first, aesthetics second. Much like with taking care of our own bodies, aesthetics of the home come along with taking care of the home. The roof is the most common place to go, as it is the shield of the home. When your roof is replaced or repaired, the integrity of the home is restored as well as the aesthetic appeal.
Inside the home we have a common substance all over the home that provides aesthetic appeal, but is otherwise disregarded. Although the paint of the home provides no actual protection or other purpose, depending on your home, paint can pose another problem. Homes built before 1978 may contain some level of lead based paint. When this paint begins to peel or deteriorate, it can become an immediate health hazard, especially to children. Having lead based paint contained is of the utmost importance. Although replacing peeling paint restores the look of a room, it can also save a life.
